At Grivet Outdoors, our innovative approach to retail has allowed us to build a strong relationship with Amazon. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance. The right person for this job will have a good mix of creative skills and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

· At least one year of experience in digital advertising, as well as a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing

· Skillfully managing various Amazon, Facebook, and Google campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs

· Fully "owning" ad accounts and being responsible for their success

· Above all else, a positive attitude and a deep sense of curiosity and willingness to learn and grow in digital advertising

· Working knowledge of Amazon, Facebook, and Google Ad platforms

· Ability to analyze campaign data and make intelligent decisions for optimization

· Ability to write compelling and persuasive text ads for Amazon, Facebook, and Google

· Ability to generate creative ideas for new ads on a continual basis

· Ability to work with analytics and reporting tools

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

· Proactively look for ways to grow client accounts by expanding into new strategies or new channels

· Communicate regularly with project managers and account managers regarding campaign status and performance

· Develop and execute creative and effective digital advertising campaigns

· Utilize SEO, SEM, and email marketing techniques to optimize online campaigns

· Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns

· Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices

· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are effective

· Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to maximize campaign performance

· Work within budget constraints to maximize return on investment

· Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track campaign progress

· Provide creative input and support for campaign development
