Position Overview:

We are in search of an exceptionally creative and experienced Content Creator who possesses a remarkable talent for building meaningful relationships with our target audience, specifically women. This role is not your typical content position – it entails a unique blend of producing high-quality marketing content while constantly innovating with original concepts. The ideal candidate will possess an imaginative mind, coupled with a strategic mindset. As the primary individual responsible for crafting content that aligns with our brand objectives, you must deliver content that not only looks impressive but also successfully accomplishes our goals. From developing social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, podcasts, and brand marketing materials, you will be the person who provides compelling ideas, innovative strategies, and skillful wordplay to create something incredible. Duties & Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute creative marketing content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, podcast, email campaigns, and website content.

· Generate original concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other projects that align with our brand and business goals.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure concepts and content are integrated and consistent across all channels.

· Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure content and concepts are relevant and innovative.

· Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content and concepts.

· Present concepts and content strategies to stakeholders and adjust based on feedback.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Required Experience and Skills:

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Proven experience in marketing content creation and concept development with a focus on marketing to women.

· Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and conceptual work.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

· Strong research and analytical skills.

· Experience with various marketing analytics, reporting and understanding of SEO principles.
