Grind & Prosper Hospitality is looking for professional and charismatic bartenders to work in our dual-concept location. This position is a great opportunity for a bartender to work in different venues on a regular basis.

Candidates MUST have experience working in a face paced bar setting. The proper candidate who can strive on being self sufficient while handling high volume will excel in this environment. Customer service, efficiency, cleanliness, and a positive personality must be a priority at all times.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent time management skills and a strong knowledge of the restaurant industry.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, and bartending background
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with TOAST POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Understanding of retail math for inventory management
