Griffith Centers is Hiring a Behavioral Services Therapist/Counselor/Specialist-Contract Near Colorado, CO
Griffith Centers P.A.S.A is looking to contract a IDD therapist to support our IDD clients using the person-centered planning model.

Responsibilities:
Conduct individual/group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
Handle crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and stress management.
Collaborate with families, staff, and community service providers.
Maintain audit-ready caseload and accurate documentation.
Support recovery-based, person-centered, and culturally competent service delivery.
Conduct psychosocial assessments, risk factor analysis, and treatment planning.
Manage multiple tasks and maintain time management.
Attend required trainings and comply with corporate standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
At least one year of experience with adults diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities (preferred).
Required licensures: Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) or Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC), and Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Possession of a valid Colorado Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Reliable transportation required.
