Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Canton, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as experience working with industrial machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is operating efficiently
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Document maintenance and repair activities in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience working with industrial machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
