We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Your duties will include:
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment and systems
- Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Performing repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members to complete projects
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Welding: Ability to perform basic welding tasks for repairs and fabrication.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to interact with internal stakeholders and address their maintenance needs.
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): Proficiency in using CMMS software to track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage inventory.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Facilities Maintenance: Experience in maintaining and repairing various facilities equipment such as HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and lead small teams on maintenance projects.
- Fabrication: Knowledge of fabrication techniques to create or modify parts as needed.
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret technical schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Logic Controllers: Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for equipment troubleshooting.
