Greenwood Star is Hiring a Property Manager Near Lawrenceville, GA

Greenwood Star is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team to assist in daily customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience as an Property Manager in the multi-family industry and is able to manage the demands of a Class A property with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain occupancy rates and limit delinquency rates
  • Attract and educate new tenants
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Supervise and train property staff
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
  • Review financial reports on a weekly basis to monitor progress
  • Implement strategies to increase NOI on a consistent basis
  • Prepare reports for market comparables within the surrounding area

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Property Manager
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Intermediate to advanced levels of experience with accounting and/or mathematical functions
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Yardi, word-processing, and presentation software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
