BHHS Georgia Properties is Hiring a Property Mgmt Specialist Near Roswell, GA

Provide clear communication and direction to all parties including team members tenants, agents and owners. Generate a satisfactory cash flow, maintain property in accordance with BHHS and client standards and requirements while maintaining a positive resident experience. The Specialist assumes full responsibility for the quality and efficiency of turning vacant properties in to make ready in a timely manner. Oversees the details of the move-in’s and move-outs to ensure residents are provided with a clean, safe well-maintained properties. Handles all resident relations and property improvements, manages vendors to ensure quality work. Cultivates client relationships to help maintain lasting partnerships.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

  1. Ensure successful delivery of managed property services to property owners and tenants. Maintain positive client relations to maximize future opportunities and retention of existing clients. (50-60%)
  2. Develop and introduce new and enhanced programs to owners and tenants that will contribute to the expansion of the department and revenue growth. (5-10%)
  3. Participate in the development and delivery of agent training to ensure knowledge of property management services. (5-10%)
  4. Oversee account management responsibilities of property owners. Assist with lease preparation, A/R collections, legal matters, general financial management of owner funds (20%)
  5. Cross-sell additional products to existing and new accounts. (5%)
  6. Oversee or perform administrative activities to include database maintenance, vendor/contractor management, correspondence and marketing reporting. (10%)
  7. Perform other duties as requested or assigned. (5%)

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associates degree in marketing, business administration, accounting or related field or equivalent knowledge and work experience.

Experience:

  • Property Management, project management, Real estate sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Experience working with clients, property owners and real estate professionals.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Effective oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
  • A strong customer service focus.
  • Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in business software, AppFolio, Propertyware a plus
  • Microsoft Office products.

REQUIRED: (licenses, certifications) 

  • Community Association Manager License and/or
  • Real Estate License highly preferred
