About the Position :
Playing a crucial role in our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to a wide range of clients, including those in residential and commercial sectors.
Key Duties :
- Project a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and patience in all interactions.
- Work closely with assigned account managers to support our valued clients.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently with great attention to detail.
- Working hours are from 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Your daily tasks will involve contacting clients, scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls from current customers, addressing client issues, and acting as a liaison between clients and our Quality Production Managers.
Qualifications :
- Minimum requirement : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience is desirable.
