Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical knowledge, logic controllers, schematics, industrial maintenance, HVAC, and fabrication. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Duties:

- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Supervise and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any concerns or issues that arise

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, budget, and timeline

Requirements:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in logic controllers, schematics, industrial maintenance, HVAC systems, and fabrication

- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety protocols

- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and subcontractors

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
