```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:

- Driving company vehicle from KC to Springfield several times each week

- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing emails and correspondence.

- Maintain and update office files, databases, and records, both in physical and electronic formats.

- Manage office supplies, including ordering, organizing, and restocking as needed.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and ensure they are distributed to the appropriate recipients.

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.

- Scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.

- Provide administrative support to other team members or departments as needed.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expenses, and payments.

- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience in customer support or front desk operations is desirable

- Must have a good driving record in order to be insured for driving of company vehicle

Skills:
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry
- Front desk experience for greeting visitors and managing inquiries
- Clerical skills for general administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling calls professionally
