**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Safety Director to join our team. The Safety Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety compliance and risk management within our organization. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and other relevant regulations - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks - Lead safety training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety awareness - Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions - Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs - Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites - Utilize construction management software to track safety metrics and trends **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, EHS, or related field - Proven experience in safety management, preferably in construction industry - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements - Familiarity with risk management principles and practices - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Certification in Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or equivalent is a plus This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to make a significant impact on workplace safety.
