Candidate must possess experience in field safety observations, safety procedure review,

tool and fall protection inspections, safety training, safety meeting facilitation, client

communication, working well with high volumes of people and good communication skills.

Conduct project safety audits and recommend correction for unsafe acts and/or tasks.

Review safety policies and procedures used with day to day activity.

Assist in conducting accident investigations and root cause analysis.

Assists project or area supervisor in completing regulatory reports and safety audits for submission to Safety

and Health Dept.

Assist with Industrial Hygiene monitoring and documentation

Field experience is required.

Certified in First Aid, CPR and AED preferred

Experience with field audits, observations

Must have at least 4 plus yrs safety experience in chemical plant / refinery type of atmosphere

Good verbal communication skills

Work at heights and be able to climb ladders and stairways and work from platforms

Willing to work in various climates and weather conditions

Must be able to follow instructions

Have reliable transportation

Ability to work overtime scheduled and unscheduled

Meet all physical demands and pre-employment conditions

Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Access to the job site requires meeting criteria of a criminal background check and drug screen

Steel toed boots required

Basic computer skills a plus

Must possess punctuality

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must be clean shaven
