Reports to: Office Manager

Description of Position:

Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Office-Aide

  1. Answers phones and performs receptionist duties.
  2. Sorts and distributes communications in a timely manner as needed.
  3. Assists department manager as instructed.
  4. Creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information as needed.
  5. Schedules and plans meetings and appointments as needed.
  6. Monitors levels of supplies and handles shortages as needed.
  7. Resolves office-related malfunctions and responds to requests or issues timely as needed.
  8. Coordinates with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies as needed.
  9. Completes assignments accurately and by due dates.
