Green District is a Louisville, Kentucky based fast-casual salad restaurant coming to Colorado in 2022! We are rapidly expanding across multiple markets (including Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, & Florida in 2022). We are looking for a General Manager that will help build an exciting and fun culture in our store. General Managers - $58,000 Base Salary plus up to 20% of base pay paid monthly; medical, dental, and vision insurance; PTO
Assistant Managers - $48,000 Base Salary; medical, dental, and vision insurance; PTO
SummaryManaging the daily business operations of the store by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
▪ Employee management including hiring, training, and terminations
▪ Green District-style customer service and engagement
▪ Purchasing and inventory management
▪ Clean, safe, and consistent food preparation
▪ Staff scheduling within labor budgets
▪ Financial performance of the store
▪ Food and labor cost analysis
▪ Flash monthly sales
▪ Develop and manage ongoing safety and sanitation protocols
▪ Daily, weekly reporting; monthly P&L reconciliation
▪ Fully participate in company initiatives
▪ POS system management
▪ Third party delivery management
▪ Participate in B2B marketing
▪ Other various operational responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities
-Directly supervises all employees in the store, including assistant managers, shift supervisors and salad enthusiasts.
-Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and
applicable laws.
-Responsibilities include hiring, firing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality
industry
• Restaurant experience a plus (quick service preferred)
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience
• Positive attitude
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
