We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston TX 77030, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 10pm-6am (40 hours per week). You must have a working vehicle and a smart phone to work this post. The position pays $14.00 per hour and will increase to $15.00 after 60 days.

Responsibilities:

- Patrol pool area to keep residents and visitors from violating pool rules. 

-Perform access controls at gates. 
-Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
-Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
-Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
-Provide assistance to people in need.
-Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Skills:

-Customer service -Familiarity with detailed report writing-Excellent surveillance and observation skills-Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.-Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Level II/Level III certificates.-Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
