We're looking for a full time or part time security officer (your choice of hours), with valid Texas noncommissioned license or Level 2 certificate, to work 10pm-6am (OVERNIGHT). $14.00 per hour, Thursday - Sunday, plus $1.00 to use your own vehicle, $15.00 per hour. Must have a decent vehicle, a working smart phone, and leadership skills to work independently. 

Location: Apartment Community in 77084.

Responsibilities:

- Perform access controls at gates. 
- Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Requirements:

- Level II Uncommssioned Texas Security Certification is required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS

- Previous experience in Security preferred

- Strong customer service

- Phone with space to download apps

- Vehicle (we will give you magnets and lights). 
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.- Excellent surveillance and observation skills- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
