We're looking for a full time security officer, with valid Texas noncommissioned license, to work 12am-7am (OVERNIGHT), 6 Days per week, day off of your choice, 2 hours of OT. $14.00 hourly pay, $21.00 for OT hours. Must have a decent, working vehicle. 

Location: Apartment complex in 77045 (near Medical Center).

Responsibilities:

- Perform access controls at gates. - Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.- Provide assistance to people in need.- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Requirements:

- Level II Uncommssioned Texas Security Certification is required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS

- Previous experience in Security preferred

- Strong customer service

- Phone with space to download apps

- Vehicle (we will give you magnets and lights). - Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.- Excellent surveillance and observation skills- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
