Instructor will provide 20 hours of math instruction for the Advanced Manufacturing Training for adult trainees. To be taught in person. Training should cover the fundamentals of industrial geometry and trigonometry. The students will learn geometry formulas, shapes and constants used in the shop. The essentials of trigonometry segment will cover the right triangle trigonometric functions, use of tables, finding angles and solution of right triangles. The laws of cosines and sines will be presented. Salary:$70/hr. for up to 25 hours of instruction $50/hr. for prep. Up to 4 hours of prep availableAnticipated training dates are June 24th, 2024 until Aug. 15th, 2024. Dates of 20-hour math segment to be determined with technical training instructors and Director of Workforce Development.
