Greater Chicago Specialty Physicians is Hiring a Front Desk Site Lead (FT) Near Schaumburg, IL

About the Job:

Greater Chicago Specialty Physicians is seeking a full-time Front Desk Site Lead with great communication, people, and technology skills. The Front Desk Site Lead will work in conjunction with the Practice and Medical Administrators in all aspects of the practice. This role will mainly be in our Schaumburg location with some travel to our Oakbrook Terrace location. We are looking for an individual who embodies the "team-player" spirit.
Responsibilities / Duties:

Oversight of Front Desk staff tasks and responsibilities: greeting patients, registration, collection of demographic, insurance and referral information
Strong customer service skills and attention to details is a must
Ensure that patient copays and outstanding balances are discussed with patients and collected daily
Fosters great team environment and good working relationship with front desk staff and medical assistant teams to ensure that clinic runs smoothly
Supervision of other front desk staff for coverage and to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as needed.
