**Position Overview:**
As we bring Image One to Ohio, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in all facets of the business from sales to operations to client management and beyond, making this an amazing learning and growth opportunity. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth trajectory. This position requires a strong background in sales, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry, and strong organizational skills.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Management:** Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns or issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our services. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
2. **Sales and Business Development:** Attend sales calls with potential clients to understand their cleaning requirements and provide tailored solutions. Provide accurate estimates and proposals based on client needs and budget constraints. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
3. **Hiring and Training:** Recruit, hire, and train cleaning staff to ensure they deliver the highest standards of service quality and professionalism. Develop and implement training programs to equip staff with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
4. **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of client sites to ensure that cleaning standards are met or exceeded. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Sales preferably within the commercial cleaning industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with prior experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Past experience in Operations Management is preferred
