Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about policies, services, and payments
- Assist customers with payments ,conduct outbound and inbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests
- Maintain customer records by accurately entering and updating relevant information in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Bilingual candidates may be required to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English; bilingual candidates who can communicate in Spanish are highly desirable
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information to provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
