Great Harvest Bread located in Kahala is looking to fill our morning baker position with shifts available Monday to Saturday. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone who loves to make delicious baked goods that serve a loyal client base. It's early morning so a positive early bird attitude is 100% necessary. Bakers start at 4:30am, being at work that early isn't for everybody, and that's is ok! Please be certain before applying that you are ready to take this on and find value in rising early...and finishing early.
If you love making high quality, fresh baked goods, have an attention to detail and consider yourself very reliable than we would love to meet you. Pay is plus tip sharing and will rise quickly for the baker that demonstrates reliability and skill.

Responsibilities include:
- follow Great Harvest Recipes to bake our scones, cookies, bars and breads
- prep ingredients for next day bake schedule
- follow daily and weekly cleaning duties to maintain a clean inviting bakery
- help front counter staff when needed to make sure our #1 priority, customers, are served in a timely manner
Previous direct baking experience is not required but experience in food preparation or kitchen is necessary.
