Schedule: Fulltime (1.0) FTE Monday – Friday
Wage: $17.59-$19.04
Summary: To be a successful call center representative, you should be friendly, able
to identify patient needs, be efficient and detail oriented. Answer high volumes of
incoming calls from patients, schedule appointments, take messages and direct calls to
the appropriate department within the organization. Have exceptional customer service
skills, time management and decision making skills, active listening, verbal and written
communication skills, and a professional phone voice.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Efficiently answer a high volume of calls
Engage in active listening to identify the needs of the patient
Utilize scripts and tools effectively
Schedule and pre-register appointments
Take messages and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
Verify patient insurance
Update patient information as needed
**Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks
