GrayDuffy, LLP is a mid-sized, boutique family-friendly law firm with a friendly environment, with offices in Woodland Hills and Redwood City. Our primary focus is on civil litigation, including many matters that involve insurance, personal injury, construction defect, and employment litigation.

The Firm is actively seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! As a Gray Duffy attorney, you will represent clients in legal proceedings, prepare legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities

· Represent clients in court, arbitration, and/or before government agencies.

· Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents on behalf of clients.

· Advise clients on business and legal transactions.

· Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.

· Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

· 3-10 years of experience in law (personal injury, construction defect, and/or employment law litigation is a plus)

· Familiarity with various legal documents

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to build rapport with clients.

Annual Salary: Starting at $110k-$150k; commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability. In addition to the annual salary, there is a potential for quarterly supplemental income based on the achievement of agreed-upon targeted productivity standards.

Please note that this is an in-office position; remote or hybrid is not an option.
