We are looking to hire an associate attorney licensed in California to represent clients in a myriad of cases including, immigration, criminal defense, and personal injury matters. Experience is a plus, but not required.

Proficiency in Spanish is also a plus but not required.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of case preparation, research, and legal proceedings. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other resources - Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements - Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients - Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings - Assist with case management and preparation - Provide legal administrative support to senior attorneys **Skills:** - Proficient in legal research and writing - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to draft legal documents accurately and efficiently - Knowledge of litigation procedures and strategies - Familiarity with Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other legal databases - Excellent organizational and time management skills This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and gain valuable experience in various areas of law. Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
