• You possess an up to date training certificate

What You’ll Do…

• Train private clients
• Train members and guests in a class setting
• Organize and clean up equipment
• Assess movement patterns through administering a Functional Movement Screen
• Track client progress
• Follow up with clients for booking
• Communicate with the desk staff when a client needs booked
• Manage client schedules
• Coach 3-5 sessions per WEEK
• Must be able to coach mornings and evenings
• Has team spirit and is always willing to covers when needed
• Manage personal schedule with the Fitness Director
• Attend regular trainer meetings held by the Fitness Director

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fitness Certification Required 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds 
• Ability to demonstrate a variety of functional movements
