Position Summary:
The Bistro B-Side Busser will have shifts in either or both the B-Side Lounge and Bistro 101. This position involves a combination of bussing, bar support and food running, depending on the assigned shift. The Busser is vital to the success of the Guests' experience at B-Side Lounge and Bistro 101 by providing a friendly and entertaining environment.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Assist Bartenders in bar service by filling ice, replacing used liquor bottles, emptying garbage, and maintaining a clean bar.
3. Collecting used and dirty glassware from bar and lounge area.
4. Restocking glassware and keeping side stations stocked.
5. Restocking liquor and all bar products.
6. Maintaining garnishes during service.
7. In Lounge assisting Bartenders and servers in all aspects of service.
8. Setting up and maintaining bottle service in Lounge areas.
9. Bus tables at conclusion of guests' meals by wiping off table, all chairs, and booth seats.
10. Inspect entire floor area and ensure that it is clean.
11. Re-set tables and inspect silverware for cleanliness.
12. Work in conjunction with the Food Server to meet guest satisfaction.
13. Assist Food Servers and Bartenders with running food and beverages.
14. Ensure that supplies inside stations are well stocked and clean.
15. Inform manager of any Team Member or guest opportunities.
16. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Adhere to all GRC and department policies, procedures, and practices.
3. Ability to handle a flexible schedule and work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
4. Ability to lift and carry full trays/bus trays.
5. Must be at least 18 years of age.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Must be able to obtain a gaming license from the Graton Gaming Commission.
8. Must possess or obtain a California Food Handler Certification.
Physical Requirements:
1. Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
3. Ability to stand, bend, and reach to a height of six feet for duration of shift.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a sitting or non‐ sitting position. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of your assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
