Description

Seeking a Financial Analyst to provide leadership in financial management and analysis in a variety of initiatives that will improve the Company’s profitability. This position reports to a Finance Director and will work closely with the finance team in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Asset Management Reporting – Provide and update financial information and proformas to senior management on real estate assets
  • Develop Company Forecast – Work with Company leads quarterly to determine earning and expense projections, analyze variances, and consolidate for executive reporting.
  • Investment Reporting and Analysis – Prepare investment models, summaries and dashboards to evaluate performance of various investment programs.
  • Study and Analyze Cash Management – Work closely with the Treasury and project teams to evaluate current and future cash positions by project to determine investment strategies
  • Initiate Investments – Initiate internal cash movements to stage investments, monitor the purchase of investments, and maintain relationships with external custodians
  • Recommend investment programs – Work with the Senior Financial Analyst to research and analyze various fixed income and equity products for investment opportunities

Qualifications

  • Finance or Accounting Major with a solid academic record
  • Creative problem solving
  • Budgeting experience
  • Strong computer skills including Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
