Grant Leading Technology is Hiring a System Administrator Near Atlanta, GA

Systems Administrator

Hybrid

Targeting Candidates in the Atlanta or Washington DC Metro Area

Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for a Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be perform administrative functions to support the operation of the 30 IRS contact centers, with a focus on managing the inventory and distribution of agent hardware devices to the 18,000 users. This position will be remote but might require 1 or 2 days in office a week. The hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm EST.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of analytical studies and projects affecting major agency program operations
  • Analyze requirements to develop reporting systems, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodologies.
  • Using quantitative and qualitative techniques, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program operations and systems and makes recommendations or modifications to correct any deficiencies.
  • Compile, reconcile, correlate, and summarize narrative information and quantitative data.
  • Develop procedures and systems for establishing, evaluating, and assessing the effectiveness of program operations.
  • Develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long-range implementation and administration of program activity.
  • Responsible for coordinating with other Business Units (BUs) service wide to develop guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relative to the function, as needed
  • Coordinate, when appropriate, with other units to develop individual sections of the Internal Revenue Manual (IRM)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an administrative capacity
  • Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in the contact center technology domain
  • Familiarity with contact center concepts, terminology, and technologies
  • Skills and experience with Microsoft Office products specifically MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
  • Must be Resident Alien or US Citizen and able to pass background check

Preferred Skills:

  • Have Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance
  • Previous experience working for a federal government entity

Target Compensation $60 - $75K
