Basic Job Function
Perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability. Full-time maintenance tech with experience in construction and remodeling work with a firm grasp and skillset in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and framing.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
- Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to management for follow-up and corrective action
- Report to Maintenance Manager and consult closely with Community Lead and Leasing Agents
- Capacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activity
- All other duties, as assigned

- Preferred knowledge and prior working history in the following maintenance disciplines (not all are necessary):
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall repair and replacement
- Woodworking
- Pipe fitting
- Sheet metal
- Operation of heavy machinery
- Demolition and remodeling
- Masonry (block, brick, concrete, etc.)
- Construction/remodel experience
