Basic Job Function

Perform assigned maintenance functions and operations duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability. Expectation to travel to multiple regional markets.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Successfully complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

• Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.

• Knowledge and prior working history in the following maintenance disciplines:

• HVAC

• plumbing

• electrical

• drywall repair and replacement

• painting

• general carpentry

• Report to and consult closely with the Granite Maintenance & Operations Managers.

• Maintain and improve the condition of the property:

• Routine cleaning of the clubhouse/model unit.

• Frequent grounds pick up and trash removal.

• Light seasonal tasks.

• Sidewalk and breezeway clearance of snow.

• Light power washing and landscaping.

• On call for maintenance emergencies and resident lockouts.

• Capacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activity (July - September)

• Ability to source and manage dependable and competent local vendors.

• All other duties, as assigned.
