Full Job Description
Basic Job Functions Pointe West Management is looking for a Leasing Specialist to work with potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and perform all leasing duties concerning the properties managed by Pointe West Management as directed while representing the organization with humility, integrity, and accountability.
Primary Responsibilities
● Conducting property tours● Sharing general property knowledge to prospects● Communicating and following up with prospective tenants● Processing rental applications● Drafting lease agreements and sending them out for electronic signatures● Performing any other tasks delegated to the leasing team

● Personable, outgoing, helpful, and approachable● Honest and meticulous● Flexible and ability/willingness to multitask● Adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment● Detail oriented and thorough
Requirements:
● Virginia Real Estate License**Testing and licensing can be arranged shortly after starting the position
