Hi there! My name is Travis, and I am the owner and operator of Granite City Graphics.

Granite City Graphics began in the basement of my home, selling on Etsy before expanding to Amazon. Since then, our business has flourished locally over the past decade to the point where we needed to close down the online store. As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking capable individuals to fuel the growth of Granite City Graphics. We are enthusiastic about advancing our business further and have numerous strategies in place to sustain its growth.

Granite City Graphics is a dynamic and fast-growing business specializing in a wide range of printing and engraving services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Production Manager. As a Production Manager at Granite City Graphics, you will be crucial in overseeing the production process, ensuring that all orders are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a variety of printing and engraving orders, including screen printing, direct to garment printing, laser engraving, die cut and printed decals, window tinting, and more
- Learn to operate and manage various printing and engraving machines
- Manage a small team of part-time employees, delegating tasks and ensuring all jobs are completed on time
- Ensure all job details are gathered and accurate before production begins
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of production
- Reopen and manage Granite City Graphics' Amazon and Etsy store, driving online sales and maximizing revenue
- Monitor and track sales performance for online orders, with commission based on sales results

Requirements:
- Previous experience in printing, engraving, or related field is desirable, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm

Pay: $57,065.00 - $63,419.00 per year
