The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (experience in chiropractic care including nutrition and lifestyle habits a plus).
• Strong understanding of red light therapy (photobiomodulation) principles and operation.
• Ability to assess patient needs, set goals, and develop personalized wellness plans.
• Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficient in documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Positive and professional attitude.

In this role, you will:

• Operate our red light therapy weight loss program, ensuring safe and effective use for patients.
• Conduct patient consultations to assess weight loss goals and lifestyle habits.
• Assist patients with understanding the benefits of red light therapy within their chiropractic wellness plan.
• Develop personalized weight loss plans focusing on nutrition.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices.
• Motivate and support patients in achieving their weight loss goals.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment related to red light therapy.
• Document treatment sessions in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with the chiropractic team to provide a positive patient experience.
• May assist with other patient care tasks as needed (depending on your qualifications).
