Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to patients in need. The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Strong understanding of chiropractic care (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High confidence level.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong ability to advocate for patients.
• Proficient in computer software (e.g., electronic health records).
• Sales experience in a healthcare setting (a plus)

In this role, you will:

• Conduct patient interviews to gather health information and assess needs.
• Explain exam results, chiropractic treatment plans and answer patient questions.
• Discuss financial plans.
• Present individualized wellness programs for patients.
• Educate patients on chiropractic care and treatment options.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
