Grand Rock Co. is Hiring a Customer Service Representative (FT) Near Painesville, OH
HOURS - MONDAY - FRIDAY must be flexible as hours will vary between 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (rotating shift monthly).
Responsible for all aspects of customer service for the company:
- Work as a team member in the department and directly with customers.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette for communicating with customers and co-workers.
- Follows all company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintains good attendance and a positive attitude.
- Work with manager and team lead learning and following all Customer Service Procedures.
- Must have organization skills and the ability to multitask.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Show professionalism among customers and co-workers.
- Effective follow-up skills and ensure full completion of work-related tasks.
- Ability to enter 30-40 orders daily, and answer 50-100 calls.
- Perform other duties as needed, including light clerical duties.
- Ability to work a rotating first shift.
- Must be able to adapt and learn Grand Rock knowledge; including but not limited to parts, part numbers, sales techniques, and technical information.
- Must be able to type 35-40 wpm.
- Working knowledge of Excel is a must.
