We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing customer interactions and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with various internal teams to coordinate customer-related activities and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
* Customer Support:
* Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries
* Provide information about products/services, pricing, and availability.
* Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to achieve swift resolution.
* Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
* Generate regular reports on customer inquiries, resolutions, and satisfaction levels.
* Process Improvement:
* Identify areas for process improvement within the customer relations function and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
* Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for customer interactions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field but NOT required
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
