Grand Central Bowl and Arcade is looking for a General Manager for our team. This position leads the FOH and BOH team members. Experience with bowling alleys and gaming centers are crucial. Maintaining budgets, inventory and cost analysis, promoting events, and working with beer/liquor distributors are all part of the basic requirements of the role.

Requirements for the role:

• 5 years of general management experience
• Experience leading a team.
• Previous experience working in a bar/restaurant setting required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge and frequent use of Microsoft suite of products
• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle stressful situations.
• Experience with events and promotions.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bowling/Gaming experience setting is preferred.
