Grammarly is Hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions Near San Francisco, CA

Grammarly team members in this role must be based in the United States or Canada, and they must be able to collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub(s) where the team is based.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions to join our Product Marketing team. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing go-to-market strategies to acquire, convert, drive adoption, and expand Grammarly for Business within targeted customer segments.

Your impact

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions, you will report to the B2B Product Marketing Lead and work most closely with Demand Generation, Sales, and Sales Enablement to help drive pipeline and revenue growth. This person will also partner with Product Management to establish a consistent feedback loop to ensure our target audiences' needs are incorporated into product innovation. In this new role, we are looking for someone with a strong track record of driving solutions marketing programs end-to-end and comfortable achieving results scrappy, testing new formats and tactics to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Grammarly for Business solutions, targeting specific buyer personas and use cases to drive growth and customer value.
  • Work closely with the product management, sales, and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and define product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Lead the development of solution-specific content and sales enablement materials, including case studies, white papers, data sheets, and sales presentations.
  • Partner with the demand gen and customer lifecycle marketing team to create cohesive customer journeys and campaigns that enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.
  • Be the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer insights and needs are at the forefront of all product and marketing initiatives.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators for solution marketing programs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Can collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub where the team is based.
  • Has 4-7 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience and with experience in solutions marketing.
  • Can craft a compelling narrative around a business problem and explain complex, technical features in words anyone can understand. Including effectively articulating benefits to customers and using presentation skills to persuade internally.
  • Can empathize with our customers, understand their needs and translate their voice into effective marketing strategies and materials.
  • Can successfully coordinate and direct multiple stakeholders, details, and timelines toward a specific goal. They can move themselves and others to action, even if there is incomplete information, uncertainty, or other hurdles.
  • Can interpret and synthesize market, competitive, and customer insights to inform GTM strategies.
  • Can prioritize tasks from a business point of view and make data-driven decisions to grow engagement and revenue.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US and Canada locations are categorized into compensation zones based on each geographic region’s cost of labor index. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. 

United States:
Zone 1: $172,000K – $215K,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $155,000K – $194,000K/year (USD)
Canada:
Zone 1: $154,000K – $192,000K/year (CAD)
