Key Responsibilities:
Strategic IT Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic IT Leadership
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy which delivers a standardized and scalable multi-site infrastructure.
2. Collaborate with senior management in the Americas and in the Corporate HQ to set technology priorities and ensure IT investments support business growth.
IT Governance and Compliance
1. Establish and maintain robust IT governance, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Oversee risk management, disaster recovery planning, and IT security protocols.
Team Leadership
1. Lead and manage a high-performing team of IT professionals, including IT managers, system administrators, developers, and support staff.
2. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting professional growth and development.
Infrastructure Management
1. Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
2. Ensure scalability and performance of the IT environment to meet current and future business needs.
Budget and Resource Management
1. Manage the IT department budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing costs.
2. Collaborate with procurement to negotiate vendor contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
Technology Innovation
1. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration into the organization's operations.
2. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT processes and systems.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Manager or C-level IT executive with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Demonstrated success in transforming digital infrastructures and executing IT strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational growth.
4. Deep knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security standards.
5. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
7. A background working in an international lean management focused organization is a plus.
8. Experience with SAP products and Sales Force is a plus.
