Job Description Summary As project coordinator for the marketing team, you will be responsible for building one-off and recurring projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner to meet company goals. Projects are specific to marketing and events and include tasks related to social media, content creation, event planning, design, and more. This role will also oversee conference and trade show initiatives coordinating logistics and marketing needs for these events.
This role will sit on the marketing team and report to the VP of Marketing and Digital Strategy. You will work across the entire portfolio of 8 companies and with internal and external team members to complete projects. You should have experience managing multiple initiatives at once and working across teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Coordinate projects between internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and report on status of marketing projects across a growing portfolio
- Delivering large and small projects on time and within in the constraints or budget provided
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet business goals
- Own project management tool and plan team projects in advance
- Gather requirements, build projects, house resources, and report on status of all marketing projects
- Run weekly meetings reviewing status of projects

- 3 or more years of project management - preferably in marketing
- Experience coordinating teams of internal and external members
- Successfully managed exhibiting at events in previous roles
- Proficiency in project management software - preferably Monday.com
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have and maintain in good standing professional license, certificate, or registration, as applicable.
