Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives that align with our venue's brand identity and business objectives. This position requires a creative and organized professional with a passion for food, beverages, and entertainment. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the marketing team, venue managers, and external partners to implement effective promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and engaging events that attract and retain customers. Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage and update the venue's websites, ensuring content accuracy, engaging visuals, and a user-friendly experience.
    • Develop and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and engage the audience.
    • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Coordinate and create email marketing campaigns to promote events, special offers, and venue updates.
  • Event Promotion and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with venue managers to plan and execute marketing strategies for upcoming events and entertainment performances.
    • Submit creative requests for event-specific marketing materials, such as posters, flyers, and digital assets, to promote events both online and offline.
    • Leverage various channels to increase event attendance, including social media, email marketing, partnerships, and local promotions.
    • Assist with on-site event coordination and ensure marketing materials are displayed effectively and accurately.
  • Branding and Design:
    • Ensure consistent application of the venue's brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Work with graphic designers and agencies to create visually appealing assets that align with the venue's branding and resonate with the target audience.
    • Collaborate on the design and production of print materials, signage, and promotional merchandise.
  • Market Research and Analytics:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and opportunities for the venue.
    • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and event attendance, to measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Prepare regular reports and insights to inform marketing strategies and improvements.
  • Partnerships and Community Engagement:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to increase the venue's visibility and reach.
    • Identify potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with the venue's brand and values.
    • Collaborate on community engagement initiatives and charitable events to strengthen the venue's presence in the local community.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the food, beverage, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and reporting.
