The Pargh Team | Compass RE is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Nashville, TN

Position Summary

The Pargh Team, founded by Lana and Franklin Pargh, is affiliated with America's number one independent Brokerage, Compass Real Estate. The Pargh Team sold $110 million in Nashville real estate in 2022 and did 120 sales. We are proud of the brand we’ve built through marketing and social media and have a very loyal base of clients and followers. We’re looking for someone who can grow our brand and take it to the next level.

The Marketing Coordinator will be reporting to the Director of Operations. They will work in a fast-paced environment, and focus on social media, community management, and content creation. The main focus of our efforts is to promote our team's listings and further our brand awareness through engaging content. The successful candidate will create and execute a consistent and innovative marketing and social media content strategy across our multiple platforms to drive traffic & engagement. They will be positive, proactive and resourceful with an energetic demeanor and an eye for design and detail. As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll get to see the amazing role technology and artificial intelligence play in helping with our marketing and client experience. A passion for real estate and deep love of all things Nashville is a must!

Responsibilities

-Curate and execute content for social media to increase audience engagement

-Develop innovative content and social media strategies, from ideation to execution, and post campaign analysis

- Create and proactively manage a content calendar for the Pargh Team's Instagram
- Manage aesthetic of platforms, create/edit photos and videos, write captions
- Work on-site to capture listing and team content
- Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed

-Create strategic marketing plans that will work toward achieving marketing goals and grow their business; this includes branding, print advertising, digital, social, direct mail, video, paid media, etc.

-Create, schedule and post daily all social media posts and reels for The Pargh Team brand, client listings, community events, etc.

-Create and elevate brand cohesion across all social media platforms.

-Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities

-Post daily relevant content topics to reach target customers

-Develop and expand community outreach efforts

-Create and manage an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation.

-Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results

-Move quickly to organize and assemble templated creative work such as social media posts, reels, print ads, and brochures.

-Liaise between the team and the brokerage to communicate and coordinate the delivery of larger projects and all associated materials (photography, copywriting, overall content development, etc), while establishing cohesion between The Pargh Team brand and the marketing/advertising deliverables

-Work with advertising and media vendors on monthly ads.

-Stay attuned to national and local real estate market trends & industry forecasts.

Qualifications

- Open to considering all levels of experience and education

- 1 to 3 years content creation and community management experience preferred

- A self-proclaimed Instagram wizard/wannabe influencer with knowledge of TikTok, LinkedIn and paid Instagram ads

- Proficiency in social media management tools/platforms, familiarity with Later would be an asset since we currently use it to schedule posts

- Bonus points for being passionate and knowledgeable about real estate, home and interior design and the city of Nashville

Location: 50% remote / 50% on location throughout Davidson and Williamson County to capture footage of our house listings for TikTok and Instagram

Hours: 20-30 per week Compensation: $25/hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
