This is a full time, hourly, position with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in computer applications, and a proven track record in office management.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer support by making and answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and event attendance
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google for various office tasks
Experience:
- Must be comfortable making phone calls
-Proven experience in office management, customer service, administrative role, or a similar role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Sheets and Docs) , experience using macOS preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in insurance office management or related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
