Human Resources Manager

Status: Part Time 15-20 hours per week

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We’re looking for a person who loves Jesus and His people. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and strong communicator who values being a team player and seeks to understand first. This person must be self-directed, organized, and able to execute the tactical day-to-day items that come with HR in ministry. We’re looking for someone who is a creative problem solver, and a leader by influence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The HR Manager is responsible for helping everyone take a step closer to Jesus through providing both leadership and tactical execution to the human resource needs of gracespring’s staff. The role serves with dual reporting. For most of the day-to-day, the HR Manager works with the Executive Pastor to foster healthy staff culture, resolve problems, update and implement policy, and care for the needs and well-being of staff. This includes job performance matters, relational matters, and issues material to employment. The role also has a direct line of report to the Elder Team to assist their responsibility of high-level oversight of staff and organizational culture.
