JOB TITLE: Direct Service - Clinical Intern

KEY OBJECTIVES

• Responsible for the collaborative development of and compliance with an agreed upon Learning Agreement/Contract developed in partnership with Student Intern, Gracehaven Supervisor/Field Instructor, and University's Field Liaison.
• Responsible for providing Clinical/Case Management Services to adolescents and their
• families under the direct supervision of Field Instructor/Gracehaven's LISW(S) and/or LPCC(S) and maintaining a small caseload.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date client records that meet compliance standards.
• Responsible to participate in supervisory/team meetings, maintain supervision log, and submit for approval
