Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Director. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the overall management and strategic direction of Soans Christian Academy, a four Star rating Preschool.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic educational plans and initiatives
- Assist in the Director in all matters related to Preschool Management
- Oversee educational programs and curriculum development
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Ensure compliance with education regulations and standards
- Manage day-to-day operations effectively
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and PA Level - I Teaching Certification, Administration or related field
- At least 2-3 Years of proven experience in educational leadership and management
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and writing, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to educate, motivate, and inspire others
- Prior experience in managing educational programs
