**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our team. The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting the overall management and administration of the organization. We have a capacity of 25 children total. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a background in education administration.
**Duties:**
- Assist the Director in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and funding sources
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Educate and train staff on organizational policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as parents, community members, and other organizations
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in strategic planning and budgeting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
