We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with construction accounting experience who seeks to add value and become a leader within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data.

Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day company accounts and reconciliation between corporate entities

· Understand construction financials, analyzing revenue, job cost and variance accruals

· Prepare financial statements and WIP reports

· Assist with corporate financial planning

· Oversee budget forecasting

· Conduct period-end reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements, tax filing, and business license requirements

· Comply with insurance reporting requirements as it relates to audits of payroll and revenue performance data for reconciliation of premium calculations

· Manage accounting staff

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

· 1-5 years progressive accounting experience including construction accounting

· CPA preferred

· Proficiency with Acumatica (Preferred)

· Understanding of US GAAP
